How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $10 USD.
Express shipping is $65 USD.
Orders to be shipped within Hong Kong are eligible for free shipping.

Do I need to pay customs charges and taxes, if any?
Yes. Please note that all taxes, customs and import charges are to be paid by the purchaser. Please refer to your country specific information. As a Hong Kong-based company, we do not include customs or tax charges in our pricing and shipping fees, and are therefore not liable for your country's imposed tax or fees.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Please email itskitdo@gmail.com with your order number and your issue to process the return/exchange. Only products that have been in your possession for 7 days or less are eligible for a return or exchange. Please note that the purchaser must bear the cost of the return shipment.

I received my order but it is faulty / damaged / incomplete / containing a wrong product. How can I get a return / exchange?
Please email itskitdo@gmail.com as soon as you discover that your order is not as you expected and we will reply as soon as possible.
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please send us your receipt, online order number, and a picture showing the issue to process a return/exchange.
Tracking indicates that my order has been delivered but I did not receive it at all. What should I do?
If you have not received your order yet the tracking status shows that it has been delivered, you may contact the carrier to assist in locating your items. We do not have control over the item once it is passed over to the carrier, but if the problem persists, please email itskitdo@gmail.com with your online order number and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
